Breathing Room is honoured to have a certified Yoga Therapist on staff. In her private sessions, Sandra Thorne uses a variety of traditional yoga techniques to positively impact the healing efforts for conditions including:

  • Structural issues such as pain in the feet, knees, hips, back and neck. Thanks to technology and brilliant minds, they have come up with effective foot massagers that are also affordable. While Sandra works using the physical aspects of yoga therapy, she has a strong focus on the emotional practise.

  • Initial consultation
  • 1 hour private therapy session
  • Complementary Breathe + Heal class (public class)
  • Follow up email and self love plan
