Interested in scoring a free yoga class? Breathing Room is currently hosting a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. Our new teachers will be hosting free classes at the end of August. If you’d like to be a part of their yoga journey, roll out your mat and join them for one, or all, of the following classes:

Warming center flow
Athletic vinyasa based practice designed to warm the core.


Tuesday, August 21   4pm – 5pm

Gentle Hatha
A slower-paced class designed to increase flexibility while working through some basic standing, balance and seated postures in the Hatha series. Enjoy the slower paced practice where poses are broken down so you find comfortable, positioning for your unique body. Gentle yoga is a form of “active relaxation” using props for when you need to unwind from life’s daily stresses. Take the time to relax and renew.

It is suitable for all practitioners and anyone new to yoga.

Kids Yoga – Deep Sea Adventure
Regan, Kirsten, Coralie, Cejaye, and Andrew invite children ages 6-12 to come dressed in their best pretend scuba gear as we will be voyaging to the depths of the ocean, exploring the wonder and excitement of deep sea yoga!

Freestyle Energizing Flow
This energizing, flowing practice will motivate you through the pinnacle of your week-Wednesday!  Work on flexibility, strength and range of motion to energize and recharge for the remainder of your busy week.
